Looking good. You might want to spend a little more time on the trunk of the tree---the lines are pulling my eye over there and then there's nothing worth looking at once I get there. It doesn't need to be fully rendered, but maybe a step beyond where it is now.
I also would clear out the clumps of leaves directly around the crow's head---it's already a high contrast area so I think it could use a little rest area immediately around it.
